The CPPP Program provides training and strategic support to build communities’ capacity to fully participate in elections, legislative advocacy, and the public policy process. Our election year work includes supporting ballot measure and issue-based campaigns. The program also supports the development of permanent, multi-issue statewide
coalitions that sustain civic engagement work from the ballot box to the legislature and beyond, and includes special initiatives such as the Voter
Organizing Training and Empowerment (VOTE) Project.
